In the North, the Sports Festival 2022 has been carefully organized by the units. Specifically, in Nghe An Province, the unit has been organizing men's football, women's football, and team tennis. Especially, the competition between the 4 women's football teams was full of dramas and attraction.

Putting on the shoes, the jerseys, and then participating in the enthusiastic matches side by side with her colleagues, Ms. Bui Thi Loc, the Deputy Lead of the Administration Department at THACO AUTO Nghe An, Captain of the championship team, said with excitement, “I’m very happy to have surpassed my limits to join meaningful activities with my colleagues. A strong unit must be united and share the common goals. So in any teambuilding activity, I would want to participate and connect with everyone.”

Following such excitement, the Sports Festival 2022 at THACO AUTO Hai Phong took place with underwater volleyball, tug of war, team wheel, and men's football. Among which, the most attracted was the water volleyball game with the most participants. The attractive ball-catching scenes have created all the excitement for the teams and the fans.

Talking about her teammates bringing home the underwater volleyball’s first prize for the Spare Parts Service Team, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hang, an accountant at THACO AUTO Hai Phong shared, “This year marks my 10 years at THACO. The Sports Festival 2020 was amazing. Tears dropped when our team won the first prize in water volleyball. When we were in the game, there were no gaps between managers and employees, we played as a team and played hard."

At THACO AUTO Giai Phong, the Sports Festival also took place with interesting competitions from football, tug of war, sack jumping, and bonding circle. Mr. Nguyen Ba Hung, a Deputy Manager of Surface Repair Department at THACO AUTO Giai Phong told us, “After 9 years working here, this was my first sports festival. It was very special. Since hearing about the competition, my colleagues and I were practicing hard for the competition. More importantly, attending the Sports Festival, I also felt the connection and understanding between the Board of Directors and employees.”

Meanwhile, in the South, the Sports Festival 2022 at the provincial companies also sent out the heat and received enthusiastic participation of the employees.

In particular, THACO AUTO Phu My Hung organized competitions in billiards, badminton, football, and tug of war, all of which witnessed active participation from different departments.

At THACO AUTO An Giang, many employees were greatly interested in the game of chess as this is one of their favorite after-hours hobbies. Mr. Vo Van Thai, a bus technician at the company, won the first prize in chess, noting, "Chess helps build your perseverance, mental stability, and a quick mind to handle situations. The sports festival is a very useful playground and it helps everyone to connect. We hope that in the coming years, the program will continue and the leaders will create the same playground for all employees to attend."

The Sports Festival 2022 at THACO AUTO’s regional companies ended with many special emotions and stronger bond among the members. At the same time, the event has become a playground to improve health, bring joy and opportunities for all employees to have comfortable moments after work.
