This was the first visit to Vietnam of Mr. Yasuhiro Aoyama as the Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of Mazda Motor Corporation.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed the medium and long-term strategic vision, future cooperation opportunities and especially their 2023 business development plans. THACO AUTO shared reports on the Vietnamese market, including opportunities and challenges in coming periods to seek ways to develop its production and business, product diversification and competitiveness by expanding the dealership system and customer service quality for the Mazda brand. Likewise, the Mazda Motor leaders also showed the desire to strengthen the ties between the two parties to build Mazda’s sustainable development in Vietnam.

Also in their visit, the Mazda leaders visited the THACO AUTO Complex in Chu Lai, Quang Nam Province, the under-construction Mazda dealerships in Ho Chi Minh City and different operating 3S ones in the central and the southern areas, e.g. Binh Trieu, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa, Lien Chieu, Pham Van Dong etc. Not only showing their satisfaction of the dealerships’ business scale, the Mazda officers also highly appreciated the facilities, the professional workforce and high-quality services of THACO AUTO.

The visit ended successfully with good impressions on the Japanese delegation about the heart-warming welcome from the host. More importantly, the visit hopefully would strengthen stronger ties between Mazda Motor and THACO AUTO, creating the grounds to build sustainable cooperation in the future between the two groups.
